One of the best things I saw at The Nucleus has to be their ilab. It really is fantastic. There is wireless technology, display material such as projectors, white walls which you can draw and write on to create new ideas. There is mood lighting and a spacious environment. Such a great recipe to help you team build, brainstorm or provide workshops. I really loved this space and I am sure you would too.
As the offices are serviced the rate per square foot (psf) is higher than you might perceive it to be, but don’t let that put you off in any way. We can assure you that it more than covers everything because it includes things such as business rates, service charge, utilities, cleaning to name a few The flexibility and reduction in headaches helps to keep your business productive and competitive.
