According to ARLA, The Association of Residential Letting Agents, of which we are licensed members, demand from prospective tenants rose in August 2016.

The supply of property dropped very slightly but overall it is up year on year. Overall the outlook for the rental market is still positive. Although around half the member agents reported some uncertainty surrounding Brexit, it doesn’t seem to have had an actual impact with no changes in rent prices, supply or demand following Brexit.
