We’re pleased to announce the recent appointment of Peter Wadhams to the newly formed Building Surveying team at Michael Parkes Chartered Surveyors.

Peter, a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, will be involved in all aspects of the building surveying work here at Michael Parkes, from building defect reports to party wall advice, refurbishment and repair, residential and commercial building surveys to contract administration and acting as Employer’s agent for building schemes.

Peter has joined us from Challengers Chartered Surveyors, a well-known and respected firm based in Rochester, Kent.  Peter is a welcome addition to our very busy Valuations Team and already has a full case load of work to keep him occupied.
