Michael Parkes Surveyors is pleased to have appointed Emma Catterall to head up their property management and agency department at their offices in Medway.

Emma lives in Kent and is an experienced property manager. She is an associate of the RICS and a member of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management) as well has having several years of commercial and professional property management experience. Emma says “having been working at Canary Wharf recently I am so pleased to be back in Kent. I have a real focus and determination in the work that I do and Kent is an ideal location to capitalise on a work life balance whilst being able to give my full attention to my work”

Kent also boasts a wide range of funding. We are particularly experienced in lettings and management on the Medway City estate where we are ourselves based.
